Ann was born and raised in Southern California. She was fortunate when her career allowed her to move to Santa Barbara. Since becoming a Santa Barbara resident 25 years ago, she has been involved with a number of community projects. She has volunteered with The Dream Foundation, The Junior League of Santa Barbara, and her children's schools.

Ann attended California State University Fullerton and received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. After spending seven years with the Probation Department, she decided to change her career. She took some time off, had three children and realized Santa Barbara real estate was going to be the career for her. She enjoys playing with her children, running in Santa Barbara races, and volunteering for her causes.
